equal opportunities and disability awareness

Board members, staff and consultants continue to provide a valuable service to the Fablevision group. All members of the Fablevision group, board/staff members and consultants are committed to ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and to Disability Awareness through the Double Tick logo. We do this by:-

Ensuring that we interview all applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for a vacancy and consider them on their abilities.

Ensuring there is a mechanism in place to discuss at least once a year with a disabled employee what can be done to ensure they can develop and use their abilities.

Fablevision group members make every effort when an employee becomes disabled to make sure they stay in employment

Fablevision group members take action to ensure that all employees develop the appropriate level of disability awareness needed to make the commitments work.

Each year, Fablevision group members review the five commitments and what has been achieved to plan ways to improve on them and to let employees and the Jobcentre know about progress and future plans.

Fablevision is an INVESTORS IN PEOPLE accredited company Fablevision is authorised to use the POSITIVE ABOUT DISABLED PEOPLE symbol.
