Peter:

Hi there just tell us what you are up to at the moment.

Elizabeth:

I'm just mapping out Easterhouse I am the Transform TV webcam anchor for Easterhouse. I am just mapping out local issues, youth organisations and stuff that is happening up and around Easterhouse.

Peter:

Will you not be going out, be going out to the area to film all these different organisations?

Elizabeth:

Yeah i will be going to interview people from 'The Bridge' who run a company called 'Platform' and i will also be interviewing, well trying to arrange an interview and filming with local youth groups and the people who run them. hopefully, as well, whoever runs the Glasgow Fort; what and why were their inyentions of building the Fort.

Peter:

And you will also giving us a little news bulletin about whats going on about Easterhouse on a regular basis, will you not?

Elizabeth:

Yeah, i'll be filling people in whoever watches it about what's been happening up and around Easterhouse.

Peter:

What is the news in Easterhouse at the moment? Can you tell us some updates and what's going on? I think there is some some regeneration plans going on i think?

Elizabeth:

Yeah, apparently there is plans that Shandwick Shopping Centre is going to be getting knocked down and rebuilt and there is going to be a tunnel built underneath, leading from the new shopping centre to the Fort with shops running all along it, but that is just plans it's not for definite.

I am also going to be interviewing Rita Winters at the Coach House Trust in the West end of Glasgow about her work regarding the Easterhouse arts festivals and how it compares to other arts festivals that have worked from the grassroots up, for example, the Craigmiller Arts Project or the Prestongrange Arts Festival in Preston Pans.

As well of all that I am also going to be updating the blogs about Easterhouse and updating all you lot about the regeneration in Easterhouse and all the issues etc.
