Short Bespoke Courses

Transform BespokeTransform Bespoke training courses can be developed to suit your own local authority, community planning partnership, CLD partnership, Health Board, Local Enterprise Company, regeneration agency, education establishment or housing association. Bespoke courses for local authorities, for example, have been delivered to Norwich Partnership during 2007, Western isles Council in 2008 and the largest local authority in Scotland, City of Glasgow Council in 2009, giving a strong signal for the future as other local authorities up and down the country look at their own practice and start to follow suit. Transform Research

Transform research is the practical application of learned techniques and processes gathered during 25 years of exploration. (See project archive) Our work has moved from highly successful ad hoc experimentation in areas like attitudes to disability (birds of paradise, Adult A team) or place making (ruchazie ruchazie) to the strategic application of cultural resources in different areas. Fablevision’s own work is an on-going quest for best practice models linked to different service areas like regeneration, planning, health, education and social services.. We are linking the activities and learning from our own projects with projects developed in partnership with others . (e.g. The Royston Road Project). We are linking learning from projects developed by other organisations (link to Gal Gael) to projects developed by students on the courses (link to neilston development trust etc) and we are linking all of this with other projects developed throughout Europe and the rest of the world.

We anticipate the findings of this research can inform a society that no longer “fixes its problems”, but avoids their creation in the first place.
