Fablevision worked with the Adult A-Team to make a short film that enabled them to tell their stories. The film aimed to entertain and inform the audience of how the group work together and what their aspirations are for the future.

We did this by exploring their stories through the use of drama sessions, interviews, film technique workshops and a residential weekend at Castle Toward.

We decided that:

• Throughout the process the group would be encouraged to make artistic choices and to organise filming schedules allowing them to build on existing skills.
  
• The filming would take place in and around where the participants live, work and socialise.
  
• The project would encourage teamwork and help to build confidence.
  
• The group would form a production team and learn about the skills involved in making a film.
