On the performance team, Fablevision will appoint a writer to develop the script, and a cast of 4 people, three performers and an actor/stage manager . It is these 4 who will go out on tour and will live on the ship.

On the outreach/workshop side, Fablevision will appoint two workshop leaders to work in schools (with different art-form skills) For the pilot year the tour will embark in May and return in August.
