Fablevision will bring together a cast of community performers from Renfrewshire interested in performing in a theatre piece which will recreate the fictional story of a Paisley family and their experience of the first Christmas after the war.

The piece will be performed in Paisley Town Centre in December as part of the celebration of of the 60 th anniversary of the end of World War II.

Fablevision will event manage the performance and work closely with Dragonfire Scotland to create a symbiotic fireworks display, visible to the whole of Paisley.

Fablevision will do extensive research into the stories and experiences of Paisley Buddies during World War II.

Fablevision will organise artist residencies in drama, photography and dance to involve local people in the research and design processes of the show.
