Fablevision will enter a process of research to gather stories and no fictional information for the script by involving a cross section of people from different communities in Renfrewshire.

Theatre artists will work with the community cast and young people on an outreach project to create a moving but entertaining piece of community theatre to be performed at Paisley cross or County Square. The piece could have up to sixty performers in it.

The piece will also involve musicians and visual art contributions. The finale of the piece will be uplifting and commemorative. It will include a giant scattering of poppies from above the audience followed by a beautiful commemorative firework display.

The show will include images gathered form a photography residency focusing on residents of Erskine Hospital and their memories of the war.

The show will be interactive and include an opportunity for the audience to participate in some classic war-time dancing.
