Our research has shown that the most powerful results from a cultural planning project are achieved when all participants and stakeholders understand the cultural planning methodology. Our preferred way of working therefore is to combine cultural planning consultancy services with project delivery. For example, a process which starts with an introductory workshop/series of workshops on cultural plannig and what it may have to offer in your geographic/thematic area of focus and involves potential stakeholders/agencies. During the workshop process, actual project ideas may emerge and steps can be put in place to progress those ideas on the ground. At all times, the development of the project(s) will be accompanied by seminars/workshops and learning journeys focussed on deepening local understanding of cultural planning practice amongst all cross sectoral agencies, individuals and stakeholders Top of page
